Whether you choose to get married in the quiet stillness of the forest with only a few witnesses or at the Elk Antler Log Cabin in front of the stone fireplace and 100 guests, we will take care of every last detail of the reception and dinner.

You board your carriage or sleigh for a leisurely journey through the forest either stopping along the way for a private, intimate ceremony or going on to the Log Cabin to find its' period appointments have been transformed into a dream come true for the bride and groom. The table settings sparkle and shine on the crisp linen tablecloths, the flowers are color coordinated to match the decorations on the windows, chairs and fireplace. And everywhere there is an air of elegance and perfection. You are served a five course gourmet dinner cooked before you and your guests on two antique wood cook stoves by resort co-owner and culinary artist, Jan Matthias. From the appetizer to the main course and through to the dessert this will be a dinner you and your guests will talk about for years to come.
