Reservations

 We ask that you make your reservations by calling our 800 number – 800-729-9375 – seven days a week between 7:15 AM and 10:45 PM.

There will be no annoying “Telephone Answering System” – you’ll talk with Shanna, Annette, Sharon, Sihan or Melanie – our real, live, friendly and knowledgeable reservations staff!

Almost all of our guests are booking packages – Golf, Elk Viewing, Murder Mystery Weekends, Quilting Retreats, group events, etc, any of which can get complicated and don’t work well on line.  For example:

You have 4 different types of lodging to choose from – Suites, Villas, Chalets and Hotel Rooms.

• Rates vary with occupancy and some units can sleep up to 10 people.
• Some meals may or may not be included.
• Golf packages can involve Tee Times with your choice of over a dozen golf courses in addition to Thunder Bay.  We will make all the arrangements for you.

We strive to provide great customer service and its best if you know all of your options.  If all our ladies are on other lines, we may need to call you back, if you don’t have time to hold, and we will be happy to do so, or send us an email.
