Lodging Choices:

This is not the usual set up for a retreat. There are neither bunk beds nor a pot belly stove! You won't have cold feet in the morning or have to wait to use the bathroom down the hall and the shower are private with plenty of hot water.For your retreat stay you will experience Thunder Bay's deluxe lodging!



Villas

The Villas is your best value. Each woman is part of a foursome; either a group you assemble or one we assemble. Either way you will make some wonderful new quilting friends!

All Villas include two bedrooms, two beds in each bedroom, two bathrooms, a dining area, a living room area and a full kitchen.

Suites

Suites are 700 square feet with one bedroom with a queen and double bed, one bath, kitchen and living/dining room which converts to a second bedroom using a wall bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The suite also has a deck with a great view.

Chalets

Chalets are the resort's larges units. The chalets surround you with up north charm and the amenities to make your stay perfect. They are located just a short walk away from the other units.

Chalets include 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room with gas fireplace and a spacious deck overlooking the golf course by summer or the cross country trails by winter. Chalets also include a whirlpool style tub in the first floor bathroom.

The Elk-Viewing Gourmet Dinner Ride
Meals

The retreat includes three breakfasts, a Dessert Welcome Reception, a pizza party, and theThunder Bay's Signature Event. The Elk Viewing Carriage Ride, Gourmet Dinner and a Wine Tasting Event which includes a five-course gourmet dinner prepared on wood cookstoves at the charming Elk Antler Log Cabin and wine tasting. This dinner is unique and marvelous!

Reasonably priced lunches are available at The Clubhouse Grill (These are not included in your package). Many quilters have a light lunch in the Grill or snack in their lodging unit or at The Quilt Barn. Wine is included in some of the meals and a cash bar is available for beer and mixed drinks. Should you have special dietary needs, just let the resort know in advance of your arrival and arrangements will be made to meet your needs.Restaurants
